The short version

useonlinetools doesn't collect, store, or transmit your data. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you merge a PDF, compress an image, or format JSON — all processing happens on your device. Nothing is sent to a server because there is no server to send it to.

We don't use cookies. We don't run analytics. We don't track you. There's no sign-up, no account, and no database. Open a tool, use it, close the tab — nothing remains.

How each tool works

Every utility on useonlinetools is built with client-side JavaScript that executes in your browser tab. The source code is delivered once when you load the page, and all subsequent work — reading files, processing data, generating output — is done locally. Your files are never uploaded because the tools have no backend to upload to.

This architecture serves as our privacy guarantee: we can't access your data because we never receive it.

Third-party services

We use Google Fonts (IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono) served from fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log the request for the font file as part of its CDN operations. No cookies or tracking parameters are attached to these requests.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard CDN logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for operational purposes such as DDoS protection and performance optimization.

Advertisement

The ad slots currently displayed are placeholders. If third-party ad networks are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose any data they collect. You will be notified before any ad-related tracking is added.
